Panama rentals are quite easy than many other places around the globe, because the Panama rental laws are more flexible. The landlords and tenants are free to make their own rental agreements. There is no restriction on the fixation of rental rates and both parties could mutually agree for increasing the rental rates after a particular period. However, if the rent rates are below $150 per month, then any increase had to be authorized by the Ministry of Housing.
